This senior role is expected to deliver contemporary and customer-focused talent acquisition solutions services to senior executives to help maintain a high-performance workforce that meets all ongoing organisational needs and strategic plans. You will be highly responsive and responsible for the daily management of the entire recruitment cycle to identify, attract, and onboard senior executive talent.

About the Team
Human Resources (HR) team is responsible for leading and delivering people initiatives and activities across the entire employment life cycle aligned to the business strategy. In partnership with Treasury leaders, we aim to maximise the potential of our people in achieving the delivery of highly capable and engaged people sought after for the quality of their advice. Human Resources focuses on enabling a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse team of professionals capable of high-performance and delivering results.
Talent Acquisition (TA) team leads the process of attracting and recruiting talented professionals for Treasury and supporting external and internal recruitment sourcing activity. TA also supports NSW Government Sector mobility opportunities for employee career development. TA works closely with leaders across the organisation to recruit for all temporary, fixed-term and ongoing role opportunities.
Talent Acquisition team focuses on attracting and securing top talent, aligned with the required capabilities of each role, and coupled with the ideal corporate culture fit.
