A Fantastic HR manager opportunity has come up to work with one of the UK’s longest serving Metal Fabricators.

The Role:
To work in a team with the existing management team in ensuring the best HR practice and encouraging our management team to be guided in the right direction.

Champion the onboarding process, ensuring it is up to date and runs in the leanest way possible for our client campaigns.

Ensuring that company procedures comply with employment regulations.

Managing and training the HR team, supporting them in their development.

Supporting Line Managers in monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave.

Leading our welfare offering.

Setting and reviewing employee perks and benefits, ensuring they are communicated at all stages of the employee career journey.

Presence at weekly Operations Meetings.

Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.

Nurture a positive working environment.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.

The Candidate:
We are looking for an HR Manager who has ideally held this position previously as opposed to someone that is ready to move into this position.

CIPD Level 5 or above.

Experience in working as part of a senior leadership team.

Experience in managing HR team, being a motivator and leader.

Proven experience in actioning GDPR requirements.
