RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST – HYBRID OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist

• Screen, interview, and complete assessments to qualified applicants
• Complete new hire orientations
• Recruit employees to fill open job orders by sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms
• Perform necessary background screening on candidates
• Maintain reporting of the operation’s activity on a weekly basis for management
• Process paperwork for new hires
• Assist in the maintenance of clients and employee records
• Ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications of the Recruitment Specialist:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Great Communication skills both written and verbal
• Desire to learn and grow in your Career

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
