Recruiting Specialist – Direct Hire

Prestigious Charlotte firm is seeking a Corporate Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates ranging from Administrative to C-Level Manament. Growth and Advancement opportunity available. Salary up to $70,000 DOE plus great benefits

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Specialist

• Provide full cycle recruiting for multiple positions
• Partner with department managers to assess staffing needs and compensation levels
• Provide consultative services, including research, sourcing, and education on potential challenges
• Build a continuous pipeline of diverse skills and experience levels
• Perform preliminary interviews with candidates
• Scheduling face to face interviews with managers
• Act of point of contact for candidates going through the application and onboarding processes
• Extend offers to candidates and aid in negotiation process
• Coordinate onboarding activities and start date details

Requirements of the Recruiting Specialist

• 2+ years prior experience as a Corporate Recruiter preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as job boards and passive candidate outreach
• Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
