Accounting Specialist
Accounting firm located in South Charlotte is currently seeking is adding an Accounting Specialist to their team. Salary up to $50,000 DOE
Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist
- Process accounts receivables and payables
- Assist senior accounting personnel with tasks as directed
- Monitor emails and notify appropriate staff of action items
- Perform account reconciliations and maintenance of general ledger
- Research invoices
- Basic bookkeeping
- Administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially proficiency in Excel)
- Knowledgeable of QuickBooks preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and able to execute some new office procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
