Account Coordinator

National distributor is adding an Account Coordinator to their Charlotte office. This is an entry level opportunity with great advancement potential. You will be ing to the branch manager and supporting the sales team. We are seeking career-oriented individuals with the desire to advance their career. New graduates welcome to apply. Salary up to $45,000 DOE

Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator:

• Complete order entry process
• Prepare correspondence for the sales team
• Answer Incoming calls
• Assist in scheduling deliveries with the DC Manager
• Support customers with any products and accessory questions
• Assist in the submittal of Account Adjustment and Pricing Request Forms
• Assist with marketing material.
• Generate, follow up, and on leads through research and other sales programs available
• Communicate with sales regarding pertinent client information
• Track and communicate sales leads to sales team

Qualifications of the Account Coordinator:

• Great communication skills
• Microsoft Office
• ERP experience preferred
• Detail oriented
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
