TRC Staffing Hiring for Claims Assistant Job at Raleigh, NC Full Time

WHAT WE OFFER:

• $15-16 p/h based on experience
• 8AM-5PM schedule

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

• Handle customer service in person, via email and via telephone support, routing calls and messages as needed
• Complete system entry for financial information, assignments, stop pays, loss reports, etc.
• Assist adjusters by providing instructions to insureds/claimants, delivering checks, obtaining signed claim forms, ordering reports and appraisals and generating letters
• Mail and document processing
• Maintain and handle service calls for assigned office equipment
• Assist with ordering supplies
• Assist examiner and manager in daily claims operations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2-3yrs of customer service and administrative experience
• Familiarity with finance and claims
• Excellent organization to detail
• Strong customer service skills
