ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSISTANT
General Functions:
  • Open and sort mail and batch payments.
  • Scanning, indexing and printing of bills may be required.
  • Some data entry use.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply, divide.
  • Proficient with adding machine/calculator
  • Computer literate.


THESE POSITIONS ARE SHORT-TERM, FOR A PEAK PERIOD OF 3 WEEKS. ATTENDANCE FOR THE DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT MUST BE 100%
