POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiter Specialist is responsible for helping TRC Electronics achieve our hiring goals by executing a recruitment process that engages prospective employees. This role leads the efforts in helping candidates understand the opportunity and vision of TRC Electronics in order to attract remarkable team members. This position is a dynamic role that will impact people in multiple phases of their employment journey. The internal recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and hire a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Recruit talent aligned with the Mission, Vision, and Values of our business
• Hit recruitment targets on a quarterly basis
• Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, and other sources
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process between the HR department and other departments in the organization.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles and the needs of the organization.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager to identify candidate qualifications and hiring needs of the department
• Prepare offer letters and other relevant recruitment documents

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related area of study
• Minimum 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Position may require travel: Up to 10%
• Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
