We’re on the lookout for a recruitment assistant in the Asia-Pacific region. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn in a low-commitment role. You will gain experience in a fast-paced news environment and learn recruitment skills and software such as ATS’ (Applicant Tracking Systems). The successful candidate will assist in a range of exciting work, including:

• Assisting the Vice President, Asia-Pacific and Recruitment lead in their efforts to grow Travel Radar in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Using the ATS to review candidates, send emails, update applications, schedule interviews and much more.
• Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Seek to post adverts and source talent.
• Work with the HR team to ensure successful candidates are onboarded smoothly and in a timely manner.
• Provide applicants with ongoing support during the recruitment process.

We’re on the lookout for a driven self-starter with a passion for administration. You might be a Bachelor’s student fresh out of Uni looking for an exciting work experience, an experienced admin mastermind looking to tackle a new challenge, an AvGeek that loves the community, or perhaps a current student looking to learn on the job and get stuck in. Prefered skills and qualifications:

• Some knowledge of recruitment processes
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Able to communicate with large teams.
