This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised, efficient and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant school, supporting the Senior School Head of Boarding & TSI Assistant Head Pastoral with student travel arrangements.
You will be involved in all aspects of the everyday operations, including being the first point of contact for all matters related to the holiday travel arrangements for international boarding students across the whole school. You will also support with UKVI compliance, whilst ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place to keep students safe. This role will manage the engagement with parents through the travel platform I-GTM.
To be successful in this role you will have the relevant qualifications coupled with a genuine passion for travel, particularly in planning logistics, solving problems, and managing complex schedules. You will have demonstrable administrative experience, including working with databases, and you will possess excellent interpersonal and customer skills. In addition, you will be a natural collaborator with a positive “can do” attitude, and a flexible and proactive approach.
Previous experience within an educational setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
