Customer Service Representative – Post Purchase & Troubleshooting
Are you a logical thinker who can apply problem-solving skills and think on your feet?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide technical service to our customers through phone and email. You will leverage your people skills and keen problem-solving skills, to address and troubleshoot any customer issues following the purchase of our product.
This individual should be comfortable dealing with seniors and those with special needs. Patience and empathy for our customers’ unique situations are a must. You will make a positive impact in the lives of our customers who are ready to improve their quality of life through enhanced mobility.
Responsibilities:
The CSR is responsible for all existing customer interactions post purchase of a Travel Buggy. This means questions on shipping updates and timing, initial set-up, troubleshooting operating issues, warranty and service problems, and handling returns.

Travel Buggy designs, markets, and sells innovative mobility aids for seniors and those with limited mobility. Our unique electric wheelchairs are lightweight and portable, allowing our customers to get out of their homes independently, visit loved ones, and see their world again without the requirement of specialty vehicles or lifts. Travel Buggy products are available online and through an established network of home medical stores across Canada and the United States.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Handle all inbound phone calls and emails from existing customers, including but not limited to;
Technical product training will be provided on all of our equipment. Troubleshooting operating issues of our equipment follows a logical path and decision tree (i.e. are the batteries charged). Most issues are not overly technical in nature, but rather due to a lack of education on how to operate the equipment.
