Employment Opportunity for an Office Manager
Trauma Treatment & Counseling, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual that is able to connect with potential clients as well as current clients in the business. This is a privately owned therapeutic practice with multiple moving parts.
We are seeking an individual to:

– Interact with new potential clients in a friendly and professional way.
*
– Gather and secure HIPAA protected information into our EHR client management system.
*
– Learn the personality and specialities of current and new therapists well enough to match up ‘good fit therapists’ to incoming clients and schedule these clients.
*
– Send out new intake paperwork to new clients, track completion progress, ensure insurance information has been uploaded into their file, and make phone calls to clients that have not completed their paperwork 48 hours before their scheduled initial sessions. (We have a company biller that will take care of insurance submissions and follow up).
*
– Outreach with community referral sources.
*
– Manage, tidy up, restock office buildings. Vacuum office rooms and conference rooms, taking out trash etc.
*
– Be willing to adapt to needed tasks in that come up i.e. ordering and picking up team meeting lunches, organizing storage rooms, ordering office supplies etc.
*
– Submit Payroll time cards (Collect, Verify hours, submit to payroll, and store in our secured online system).

– Help new clinician hires with onboarding paperwork. Trauma Treatment & Counseling, LLC
*
– $15.00 to $18.00 dollars per hour for up to 40 hours per week. This is an in person position but limited, occasional work from home may be allowed.

– Monday through Friday.
*
– A MacBook Pro and new iPhone will be provided by the company.
*
– Flexibility as a personal assistant/office manager with tasks will vary depending on the need of the company owner.
