Transworld Business Advisors Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager at Englewood, CO Full Time

Our firm is the top brokerage company in Colorado and the number one Transworld franchise location worldwide for seven years running. We are looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to work alongside our service team.

In this role, you will work closely with the content marketing manager, director of operations, president, and outside growth-focused vendors to attract and engage our dream customers. You will maintain existing campaigns and strategies to hit marketing qualified lead targets as well as strategize outside-the-box thinking to improve on existing and develop new tactics to increase our effectiveness and reduce our cost.

What this seat is responsible for:

Lead, Manage, Accountable (LMA)

• Build and maintain a lead funnel strategy using digital marketing tools
• Lead: innovative marketing methods to increase leads for Transworld. Creative problem-solving for lead sources and nurture process.
• Manage: Manage vendors including ad agencies, marketing technology, direct response, and graphic design. Management and Development of HubSpot Marketing Functions.
• Accountable: To the Director of Operations with oversight from the President.

Description of duties:

• Create and execute full marketing strategy for both Transworld Business Advisors and Transworld Commercial Real Estate.
• Generate marketing qualified leads through various platforms, and support follow-up and cultivation efforts.
• Create and manage nurture campaigns utilizing CRM (Hubspot) to increase conversion rates.
• Find, select, and manage growth-focused vendors to execute marketing plans
• Develop and manage SEO programs and GMB accounts alongside SEO vendor.
• Track leads and marketing metrics: Creation of s and analysis + database mining
• Work alongside the content marketing manager to assure all strategic plans and goals are hit.
• Work with controller to create and manage budgets for marketing department.
• Develop and document all marketing processes.
• Lead and manage all HubSpot CRM initiatives and training for all brokers
• Manage business listing websites
• Negotiate resources and deals for brokers to use in their marketing
• Conduct training and support sessions for brokers related to marketing
• Marketing technology administration (HubSpot, Formstack, Postal.io, Mail Parser, Zapier)

Experience / Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience
• Experience in using or managing: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar technology experience required.
• Analytical skills and an aptitude for using data to drive decision-making.
• Figure it out factor – must be a self-starter that can use research and strategic thinking to push beyond the ask.
• Passion with self-growth and education, specifically in digital marketing.
• Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, high energy, team-oriented self-starter who can maximize results of individual contributors.
• Experience in a small to mid-size company

Compensation:

$65K – $70K plus bonus potential
