As our Team Coordinator for Talent Acquisition, you will steer and support a passionate group of professionals who provide end to end recruitment services right across the Transurban group, both locally and in the US. With a strong operating model and great systems that enable us, this role offers the chance for a talented, detail orientated, and process driven professional with an interest in HR / TA to experience life in a fast-paced services function. Whilst transactional recruitment is at our core, we are also heavily invested and involved in talent focused initiatives across DE&I, employee / employer branding, technology driven optimisation and strategic sourcing.

The impact you’ll have

• You’ll develop in-depth knowledge of our end-to-end hire lifecycle, allowing you to flex in and out of different scenarios and provide efficient, value add coordination and administration support to the TA team.
• You’ll be given access to all digital platforms that help us attract great talent, enabling you to provide ideas to streamline our processes and optimise the use of these platforms.
• You’ll become an expert on the candidate journey within Workday helping us maintain candidate care best practice.
• Compliance will form a core part of your remit, so you’ll help ensure we are managing our obligations across the entire hiring lifecycle.
• Ultimately, you’ll make life easier for the TA team, helping them do their job to the best of their abilities, facilitating the attraction of great talent to Transurban.

The talents you’ll bring

• HRIS, ATS, CRM and/or other recruitment related systems exposure, with a strong preference for Workday HCM.
• Some generalist Human Resources / P&C or Talent Acquisition exposure (full employee lifecycle) with formal qualifications in a related discipline viewed favourably.
• An in-built customer service ethos, having gained prior experience in a role/s that required quick thinking, potentially in a service centre / service orientated corporate function.
• Exceptional administrative and organisational abilities coupled with the confidence to engage and manage a wide variety of stakeholders.
• You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently demonstrating high levels of drive and energy to deliver whilst problem solving issues and challenges.
