What You’ll Bring:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the European Talent Acquisition function. This is a key role for the business and will hold certified responsibility under the Senior Managers or Certified Regime (SMCR).

The Talent Acquisition team are responsible for end to end recruitment at all levels, with a focus on achieving a high proportion of direct hires at the same time as offering a best in class service to stakeholders across the European and Global business.

Working closely with the European Exec and Senior Leadership Team, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Developing the TA team and ensuring best practice is achieved throughout the recruitment process
• Reporting on key TA metrics, utilising systems such as Workday Recruit to identify successes and opportunities for improvements
• Manage preferred suppliers list for Recruitment and sourcing tools such as CV databases
• Manage the annual recruitment budget, which includes Agency spend, to ensure the team are on track and under budget
• Actively manage a highly engaged senior stakeholder group to ensure they support in facilitating a smooth recruitment process for their respective business areas
• Lead on all key recruitment projects such as Early Careers, Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding etc.

Impact You’ll Make:

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in managing recruitment teams in fast growth organisations, high level of proficiency using Workday (Recruiting module specifically) and prior experience of developing compelling employer branding strategies to help broaden talent pools.
