What You’ll Bring:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the European Talent Acquisition function. This is a key role for the business and will hold certified responsibility under the Senior Managers or Certified Regime (SMCR).
The Talent Acquisition team are responsible for end to end recruitment at all levels, with a focus on achieving a high proportion of direct hires at the same time as offering a best in class service to stakeholders across the European and Global business.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in managing recruitment teams in fast growth organisations, high level of proficiency using Workday (Recruiting module specifically) and prior experience of developing compelling employer branding strategies to help broaden talent pools.
