CEO of Sales company looking for an Executive Assistant to assist with the following responsibilities to free them up to sell:
Write, edit, and share posts on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Respond to comments made on the business’s blog or social media
Proposal/Quote generation
Manage CEO calendar
Database building, entry and updates
Send follow up emails from standard email templates
Write and send client invoices
Check emails, respond to customer inquiries, and manage spam
Calendar management: establish, update, and manage important events
Schedule potential client meetings and other sales appointments.
Compose newsletters
Establish follow-up emails and auto-responders, updating them according to response rate.
Speak with customer service representatives for tech support, banking issues, etc.
Contact clients regarding overdue payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
