Digital Marketing Manager
TMS is looking for a motivated self-starter to develop, implement and continuously manage marketing campaigns that promote the services that TMS, and its subsidiary companies provide. They will take the necessary actions to maximize the reach and benefits of ongoing marketing campaigns while also ensuring that the efforts align with TMS initiatives and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop digital materials that align with company marketing plans and initiatives and bring more brand awareness to the digital arena.
- Conduct research on target markets and audiences to identify potential new client or customer engagement opportunities.
- Support the front-end design of marketing campaigns with back-end development and implementation.
- Manage social media community response and reply to digital commentary and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Keep up with the latest digital technology trends and make recommendations to stakeholders regarding new and innovative marketing strategy ideas.
- Conduct paid media audits of our digital marketing efforts to determine past performance and set benchmarks for future efforts.
- Project manage day-to-day life cycle of all digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Establish and measure KPI’s in alignment with campaign objectives.
- Analyze and research competition and perform data analysis.
- Prioritize efforts, set campaign goals, develop project plans, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five or more years of digital marketing experience
- Familiarity with Hubspot Marketing, AdRoll (or similar ad platform), and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO strategies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
