Transport Solutions Canada Inc is hiring a Shop Lead Hand..

We are looking to add an individual who can perform miscellaneous work on various truck transport, heavy duty, and agricultural equipment. Extensive hydraulic knowledge and trouble shooting skills is a must. Our ideal candidate must have Red Seal Certification as well as great communication skills to lead other technicians and team members. Must be approachable, courteous of others, helpful and confident in coaching on-the-spot. We are a high pace environment with a wide variety of equipment to work on and need someone who can keep up with our ever-growing business.

Duties Include ( but not limited to ) :

• Diagnostics of equipment and repairs
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Truck Transport, Heavy Duty Mechanics and Various Agricultural Equipment
• Oversee other technicians
• Lead by example, keep the floor running efficiently, stay ontop of and prioritize tasks/projects
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and management

Work schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday. We can offer you a great benefits and pension plan. Wage is starting at $40/hr and up, depending on experience.
