In the role of Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the successful delivery of the districts Queensland Transport and Roads Infrastructure Program (QTRIP) by providing a range of administrative program and project support services to project team members utilising a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. This is a generic position and the appointee may be required to participate in job rotation and multi-skilling.

Accountabilities include:

• Undertaking a variety of tasks as directed such as:
• Basic program/project funding and costing activities
• Data entry into appropriate departmental database and computer systems
• Vehicle fleet administration
• Switch and reception
• Mail, filing and document control activities
• Purchase stationery and office supplies
• Basic housing/building administration
• Providing project teams with administration and clerical support which may include:
• Filing and photocopying
• Arranging travel and accommodation
• Assist in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations
