Our Talent Acquisition Specialist is vital in helping us to meet our mission and strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading the headcount growth of our team and developing strategic attraction and selection initiatives including a strong focus on our employment brand.

If you were here last week, you might have:

• Strategised with People & Culture and Marketing on branding and attraction strategies;
• Coached a team member through a recruitment process;
• Consulted with the leadership team and discussed how you think we can further improve our sourcing strategies and recruitment practices;
• Attended a meetup and sourced a couple of brilliant candidates for both immediate and future opportunities;
• Warmly welcomed a new team member to the Transpire community delivering a memorable first day and onboarding experience for all the right reasons;
• Supported our People & Culture team to implement a new engagement initiative that contributes to our team’s culture.

• You have previous experience recruiting within the digital industry and have strong networks and strategic partnerships that help you tap into talent;
• You have a passion for all things digital and get excited about searching for great people no matter how challenging it might be;

• You’re a people person and not afraid to put yourself out there, whether it be at a meet up or posting thought leadership on various social platforms.

Location & Hours

This role is full-time and based in our Melbourne CBD office, however we have a flexible work philosophy with you having the opportunity to also work from home and choose your spread of hours.
