Our Operations team provides reprographics services for legal firms.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Leading the reprographics team
• Responsibilities include directing the in-house printing (reprographics), including its production and necessary administrative functions, equipment planning and acquisition, and maintenance and supply inventory control
• Overseeing graphic designing, typesetting, scanning, copying, binding faxing, and concept-to-print resolution
• Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately and within deadlines
• Train new employees on policies and procedures
• Scheduling employees and making their payrolls.
• Work with legal clients to negotiate project timelines and update them about project
• Visits each project that gets transitioned to you and validates the projects are parked correctly

Who We Are Looking For :

Your experience includes :

• Assist with the management and tracking of multiple print projects simultaneously to meet tight production deadlines for high-priority and unscheduled projects, ensure high-quality products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with all internal levels within a given organization
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-profile, high-pressure environment effectively
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key internal and / or external stakeholders
• Must have strong leading skills to effectively direct a staff of professional and technical employees in implementing the short- and long-term goals and direction for the area of responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to complete short- and long-term projects effectively and as efficiently as possible
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• 1 to 2 years of experience in reprographics / printing industry
• 1 to 2 years experience working in the legal industry, preferred
