Transparent Search Group Hiring for Supply Chain Specialist at Lancaster, SC Full Time

We have a 100% on-site Supply Chain Specialist in Lancaster, SC.

This role oversees the Supply Chain Process, which encompasses raw materials, packaging components, printed materials, and finished goods. Working closely with operations, quality, regulatory, purchasing, marketing/business teams, finance, and other functional partners, the Supply Chain Specialist will deliver products promptly and cost-effectively. Design, testing, and implementing enterprise resource planning systems will be the responsibilities of the Supply Chain Specialist.

• Design process flows incorporating all internal processes necessary for manufacturing finished goods to be successful and compliant. According to GMP and SOP standards, this procedure must be followed.
• Improve production by maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Improve our speed to market by determining lead-times
• Establish and maintain a raw material requirement planning system
• Identify metrics that all parties can understand and use to drive improvement
• Ensure that inventory levels, schedules, and availability of selected items, manufactured or purchased, meet production schedules.
• Ensure proper materials are received by working closely with the Receiving Department.
• Analyze Purchase Orders for delinquent arrivals.
• Acts in accordance with US laws and regulations regarding environmental and safety
• Observe safety and business ethics guidelines.
• Function effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments within the organization.
• Implement systems and processes associated with material masters, bills of materials, recipes, and other ERP functions.

Experience and education:

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
