The Role

We are looking for a super ambitious, super confident Client Services Consultant to join our amazing Client Services team to develop and deploy strategic marketing programs for our leading international clients. Acting as the client’s trusted advisor, you’ll be across all aspects of the accounts from marketing strategy and campaign direction, program performance and delivery, service excellence and commercial management.

Passionate about marketing, you should be familiar with B2B buying cycles, customer journeys and personas. Having solid knowledge of short and long-form content types and multi-channels, especially digital and social media is a must. And if you have IT/technology marketing and/or ABM experience it would be the icing on the cake!

This role can be based in either Singapore or Sydney, Australia.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic B2B marketing consultancy, advice and best practice recommendations
• Planning, direction and control of client programs and campaigns
• End to end go to market planning and management including media and sales activation
• Leading client briefing meeting and workshops
• Brainstorming creative and messaging ideas
• Senior stakeholder relationship building and networking
• Account growth planning and execution
• Account reviews, performance assessments, value measurement and ROI
• Program estimating and forecasting

• Project Management:

-Owning the day-to-day management of programme production from initial brief through to final approval and roll out. This includes coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to provide feedback and delivering actions and activities within budget.

-Creating with the guidance of your team briefs, budget estimates, timelines, proposals and presentations

-Teamwork: Help to build and strengthen collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders from creatives to finance – anyone associated with getting the best work done

• Client communications:

-Building and strengthening key client relationships to enable us to achieve excellence together.

-Organising, preparing and participating in client meetings, briefings and workshops, keeping detailed notes of key actions and responsibilities to update contact and status s.

-Finding key insights to help support your team and your accounts in developing successful programs

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (in marketing or a related field would be ideal, but not essential)
• 4+ years B2B marketing experience (either agency or client side)
• Digital and ideally media experience
• IT & Martech experience (ideal but not essential)
• Has a sound understanding of the latest B2B marketing trends, challenges and opportunities
• Can confidently give strategic marketing advice
• Can demonstrate ability to plan campaigns
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Passionate about service excellence and account growth
