Software Delivery Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer on our Software Delivery Services (SDS) team, youll oversee the delivery process of software applications and services as well as the design, development, testing, and deployment.

Youll collaborate to gather and review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications and work with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions.

In this role, youll also support applications, the software deployment process and solve both configuration and environment issues.

Additional Roles & Responsibilities :

• Execute a specific development methodology through the application of various programming languages
• Create and execute automated test plans & strategies utilizing business requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and clients to validate test environments, test data and results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated ing
• In addition to Unit Test, you may oversee application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and / or user acceptance testing

Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering specifically in Java with SQL
• Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math
• Knowledge and use of CI / CD, Agile / Scrum and Automated Testing technologies

Desired Skills :

• Operating Systems : LINUX, Windows Server Platforms
• Programming Languages / Scripting : Java, Python, Power Shell, Azure CLI, JavaScript
• Cloud Solutions : Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Confidential (AWS).Google Cloud Platform(GCP),SAAS,IAAS.
• Networking Kit : Active Directory, Vsphere, Solarwinds, Wireshark, SCOM, Remedy, VPN Proxy Servers
• Databases : Oracle, Postgres, Vertica, Snowflake
• Senior Software Engineer – typically requires 5-8 years of experience
• Principal Software Engineer – typically requires 8-10 years of experience
