We are currently hiring an office administrator in Edmonton who will be responsible for managing a variety of office tasks. This includes but is not limited to maintaining the company’s budget, preparing financial documents, preparing pay stubs for drivers, update tickets and truck maintenance on excel. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience in an office environment and can work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from clients and staff.
- Function as an extension of the company’s marketing, human resources, accounting, and finance departments.
- Handle invoicing, and follow-up activities.
- Communicate with drivers and answer emails.
- Make pay statements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
