TransferRoom Hiring for GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist, Global (Football Industry) Job at London, England Full Time

We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision makers.

Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 1,750 transfers and we are proud that today over 650 clubs across 100 leagues in 60+ countries are accelerating their success on the platform.

Our global talent acquisition team is expanding and we’re looking for a dynamic, personable, hard working Recruiter to help identify amazing talent to scale our global commercial team.

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, here is what you’ll be doing:

• You’ll find and engage with active / passive candidates to scale our Sales, Customer Success and Relations teams using a variety of sourcing techniques.
• Take an active role in working with the Commercial team to help generate more candidate referrals.
• Deliver a first class candidate experience being a true ambassador for TransferRoom.
• Provide useful, honest and detailed feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Research and discover new sources to map and build diverse talent pipelines
• Assist with interview scheduling
• Manage vacancies end to end

• Experienced with hiring commercial talent
• An ability to effectively screen and assess candidates beyond keywords on CVs – we hire for much more than this
• Curiosity to keep learning and discover new ways of getting results
• Organisation and prioritisation skills – you’ll be working on multiple roles at the same time
• Excellent communication both written and spoken
