Transdevna Hiring for Dispatcher Full Time

Responsibilities:
Follows general policies, procedures and practices in compliance with federal, state, local and company rules and regulations.

Responds, records and resolves customer feedback via multiple channels.

Communicates and coordinates with internal departments to help meet customer needs.

Performs weekly audits that meet Transdev’s policies and procedures.

Assists with the preparation of daily schedules and work flow related to daily scheduling.

Serves as an emergency contact for drivers in the field.

Coordinates communications between drivers and other supervisory personnel.

Coordinates with municipal, county and other agencies in emergency situations or in traffic-routing problems, detours, enhanced service requirements.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.

Minimum one year of dispatch operations experience within the transportation industry.

Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to changing situations and listen to feedback.

A customer service oriented mentality with attention to detail.

Punctual with an emphasis on attendance

Utilize computer software, proficient computer skills.

Travel requirement (as a percent):
Must submit to and pass a drug test and background check.
