Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all aspects of fleet maintenance including but not limited to:

Planning and scheduling inspections/repairs

Working with outside vendors and with our client as required

Inventory and fleet record management

Efficient and safe operation of the shop

Supervision and support of mechanics

Collaboration with dispatch and operators to provide a safe and reliable fleet.

Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Familiarity with Alberta DOT safety requirements and related regulations

Journeyperson Mechanic ticket required, Truck and Transport or Heavy Duty preferred, Red Seal preferred

3-5 Years Experience working on highway coaches and industrial buses preferred

2 Years Experience managing in a union environment preferred

2 Years Experience in the oil sands environment preferred
