Position Summary : The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic recruiting solutions designed to attract top-quality talent.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent candidate experience, strategically identifying candidate needs, advising on appropriate offer presentation, and closing offers to attain top quality talent.
This role should be comfortable in a high-growth environment and bring a track record of innovative, efficient and data driven recruiting practice.
As part of our dynamic HR team, they will most importantly need a willingness to embrace a wide range of responsibilities as needed and be ready to embrace change.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities : Take a proactive and innovative approach in identifying potential candidates for both active and passive applicants by demonstrating a high degree of recruitment expertise from leveraging a variety of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, interview techniques, negotiation and offer management.
Serve as a key influencer, building strategic partnerships and leveraging data and research to achieve quality of hire, time to fill, customer and candidate satisfaction in full-cycle talent recruitment.
Maintain strong data integrity in ATS and HRIS to use metrics to continuously improve recruitment efforts. Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments, enabling us to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge.
Partners with the Director of Human Resources in creating and executing various learning & development programs as well as training initiatives.
Demonstrates the ability to partner with groups to increase retention, build employee relations and drive employee engagement.
Supports the various organizational employee engagement programs and initiatives. Attend career fairs and other hiring events to promote our openings and market our services.
Track recruiting efforts and outcomes submitting HR & ad hoc s. Assist in the process of ensuring all job descriptions are current and accurate.
Support the process of new hire orientation for all newly hired personnel ensuring a positive employee onboarding experience.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Department and perform other HR duties as needed. Education and / or required experience : Enjoys working with people! Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Admin, or related field is preferred.
5 + years of professional experience in (full cycle) recruiting and HR, preferably in-house / corporate. Skilled at utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
Strong negotiation acumen, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex discussions with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve optimal employment terms and agreements.
Highly skilled using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System); meticulous with documentation and using technology to streamline the recruiting process.
A track record of not only having a high volume of placements but quality placements where hires have stayed and grown within a company.
Experience supporting multiple hiring managers; able to navigate and adapt to changing needs while partnering with leadership on strategic hires and drive the interview process.
Must be able to keep confidential employee and team information discrete.
