Vendor Account Manager
National Transportation Company is IMMEDIATELY seeking a Full-Time Vendor Acct Manager to assist with the following tasks:

Contract Management-

-Help maintain Vendor Service records/files ensuring they are up to date (i.e. W9’s, insurance certificates, contact info, etc.)

Vendor Relations-

-Obtain/Process new vendors as required

-Provide/direct vendors in regards to problem resolution

-Schedule vendors as required

-Provide vendor process training on our Vendor Web Portal

-Be able to explain our billing process

-Review/Approve vendor invoices and credit card charges

Customer Service-

-Answering Customer Service Line

-Data Entry

-Entering appointments/sending confirmations

-Assist w/company mailings and Tradeshows

Dispatching-

-Routing of local transportation request

-Serve as the point of contact for our local drivers from 5:30pm-8pm

Required Qualifications:

-MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE!!! (Internet, Email, MS Office Suite, etc.)

-Have Professional Phone Etiquette

-Detail Oriented

-Multi-tasking Ability

-Familiar/Comfortable with Data Entry

-At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience

Desired Qualifications:

-Dispatching Experience

-Inside Sales Experience

-Rate Negotiation Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
