To manage and process daily sales, rental and repair/calibration orders, along with RSO’s (RMA) and incoming orders and to keep two operating systems in sync.

• Sale/Rental Order Processing
  • Create rental/sales orders for inside/outside sales representatives from their quotes
  • Review customer PO’s/CC authorization for accuracy and ensure all terms and conditions comply with Transcat’s / Axiom’s policies
  • Process credit card authorizations prior to shipments, when required
  • Review rental / sales / repair quotes and compare to PO for accuracy
  • Ensure credit is approved and validated prior to shipment
  • Process all CC orders prior to shipment
  • Ensure unique requests are completed (calibration, pro-forma invoices, etc.)
  • Issue and manage sale Return Orders
  • Tie paperwork together at day’s end and ensure accuracy
  • Enter data in both NAV and A+ and ensure accuracy on both ends
• Manage purchasing of calibrations
• Assist with Chair daily sales & rental orders meeting
  • Ensure each order has an action item, and is assigned to correct team member(s)
  • Follow up to ensure completion of all action items is completed
• Maintain a high level of quality in all work performed with 0% defect being the goal
• Model the Company’s values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Detailed understanding of the MS NAV database and Infor’s A+ ERP (will be trained)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Computer literate and proficient with: MS NAV, email, MS Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, WWW
• Ability to not only follow procedures, but think outside the box and come up with better, more efficient methods of achieving work goals
• Self-starter / entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
