We have a new demand for a Transaction Monitoring Block Project and are looking for high-quality, relevant profiles only, strictly aligned with the JD below.

🔹 Position Details

Role: Transaction Monitoring Analyst

Experience: 6-14 years (Mandatory experience in Transaction Monitoring; total experience must not exceed 5 years)

Location: Bangalore – EGL Office only

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days Work from Office)

Shift: General Shift

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Review alerts from the CDD/EDD KYC Refresh queue to determine suspicious or valid activity
• Perform detailed research using internal and external tools, considering AML risk factors and indicators
• Analyze customer transactions to assess plausibility and identify potential money laundering risks
• Identify suspicious, unusual, or non-compliant activities
• Accurately document findings and rationale for alert closure or escalation
• Ensure timely closure of alerts that are not deemed suspicious

🎯 Ideal Candidates:

• Strong understanding of AML/KYC, CDD, EDD processes
• Experience in transaction monitoring and alert handling
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
