Trans Global Logistics (2015) Inc. is looking for a CSR to join our team. We offer a great work environment and friendly atomosphere.
The duties are:
- Ensure customers are getting the highest level of service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone
- Provide pickup or delivery info to dispatch
- Provide delivery status to customers
- Communicate any delays or problematic issues to customers
- Communicate with drivers on pickup or delivery status.
- Review driver paperwork
Previous customer service experience is required. the right candidate must be able to work in a fast past environmet and multi task duties thoughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
