Job Summary
The human resource staffing specialist role will primarily support staffing and other HR initiatives for multiple remote work site locations. Duties are performed at the professional level in the functional areas of recruiting, selection, onboarding, records management, ing, compliance, employee relations and other areas of HR as the opportunity arises. This position requires someone who is personable, motivated, extremely organized, strong attention to detail, and possess good follow-through skills. This role works with individuals at all levels within the organization and will demonstrate support of company strategy, culture, employees and other business priorities.
