About the Client and Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity come up with our Client, a global luxury retail giant who prides themselves on timeless beauty. With an amazing collaborative team and office nestled in Sydney’s CBD, this role will allow you to take the lead on the Talent Acquisition piece, driving the function end-to-end.

We a looking for a proven and determined Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team and work closely with the Director of HR (ANZ) to help influence and shape the TA Strategy and in turn collaborate with their high functioning teams to recruit amazing new talent across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

With the ability to work with notably one of the biggest names in luxury retail and a strong EVP, you will be on your way to tackle some huge recruitment goals.

Skills and experience
Ideally our candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Talent Acquisition space whether it be internally or working with an agency. The foundations of this role will revolve around building strong relationships and influencing Hiring Managers, having the ability to creatively source candidates and provide individuals with a world-class candidate experience that will reflect our Client’s luxury status.
