THE CONTEXT / THE TEAM
Training Orchestra’s Training Management Software streamlines the entire training process, letting our clients’ teams collaborate effortlessly on session scheduling, resource planning, instructor calendars, budget optimization, reporting and more – while handling multiple locations, languages, and currencies with ease. Our implementation projects range from several weeks to a few months and are handled by our Professional Services team.
As part of this team, the Implementation Consultant executes both technical and functional tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, and closely collaborates with clients and team members to facilitate a thorough implementation.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Provide consulting services such as requirements analysis, business process mapping, solution design, data import/conversion, configuration of the solution and documentation
o Participate in end-user training by providing both product knowledge and insight on the client’s business processes and solution design
o Assist client in data initialization and user acceptance testing effort
o Coordinate with clients, partners and internal teams
o Follow up and report on projects completion and status
o Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the Training Orchestra solution
o Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR COMPETENCIES
o Complex software configuration and implementation,
o Data import and conversion
o Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge (pivot tables, bookmarks…)
o Experience with SQL Server ideal
o Familiarity with project management principles and processes
o Good time management skills, with experience working in an environment where time management and tracking was required
o Detail oriented, well-organized individual with strong management of priorities
o Business Acumen

o Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

YOUR EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent experience (required)
· 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position with a software company or a solution integrator (required)
· Previous experience in a training-related or complex planning and scheduling environment (preferred)
· A second language (ideally French or Spanish) would be a plus

· Remote position, with limited travel to meet team members and / or clients
· Position available for candidates from US or Canada, with local work authorization.
