The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support in developing our marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing Impactful Digital Marketing and GTM Strategies:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across diverse channels.
• Work closely with sales, product, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
• Performance Analysis and ing:
• Regularly review, , and optimise all aspects of marketing campaigns (Linkedin, Hubspot, Google Ads etc)
• Monitor and optimise email and social media performance metrics (Google Analytics, Hubspot etc)
• Conduct research and strategic marketing analysis.
• Digital and offline marketing channels:
• Direct the planning and execution of social media initiatives and digital channel marketing, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows for efficiency.
• Develop engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels.
• Assist with offline marketing activity including key events, preparation of marketing materials for key meetings, and advertisment.
• Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis.

Background

• A proven track record in digital marketing, demonstrating the ability to drive results.
• A go-getter who is able to get things done.
• Highly desirable: experience in start-ups, SaaS or a technology-driven organisation.

Education

• Highly desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
