The Role:
In this role is to work directly with the Looked after Children at the Trafford college group. You will support learners to achieve and progress by supporting them in relation to their social and emotional wellbeing, their mental health and any personal and college issues that prevent them from achieving their potential. Key areas of responsibility include: –
In order to be successful in this role you must have numeracy and literacy at level 2 and substantial experience dealing with learners who may experience dealing with trauma, anxiety and depression, suicidal thoughts, and self harm.
