Are you enthusiastic about positively impacting the lives of exceptional young learners? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding SEN school in Birmingham. This full-time role is available for an immediate start.

The school provides comprehensive support to primary-age pupils and pre-school children with complex learning needs, including additional physical and sensory requirements. We are looking for an ideal candidate who has experience in supporting and assisting students with learning and sensory difficulties, while also promoting their social and emotional development.

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the educational journey of students. Working closely with experienced teachers and professionals, you will assist in delivering high-quality, individualised education plans that cater to the diverse needs of pupils.

Requirements:

? Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

? Genuine passion for working with children who have special educational needs.

? Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

? Empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to support students’ social and emotional development.

? Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our students.
