It is so exciting that we are expanding the Tradeconnex family due to massive growth and we are seeking a reliable and motivated individual for an experienced Recruiter position to join our Sydney office team.**

Key Duties Including but not limited too:

• Interview and screen talent for relevant roles
• Pitch jobs on behalf of our clients to talent members
• Build relationships with clients and talent
• Perform the relevant employment checks on talent members e.g. VEVO checks
• Being sales orientated and able to take on new clients
• Liaise with marketing to create talent pools
• Advertise job opportunities & manage job boards
• Drive workforce planning initiatives
• Site visits to construction sites
• Have a proactive approach to talent and clients – not being afraid to pick up the phone
• Daily huddles each morning
• Monthly planning meetings
