Tractor Foods Broadway Hiring for Barista/Customer Service at Vancouver, BC Full Time

Tractor Foods is now hiring for our Broawday and Ash location located near Vancouver City Hall, VGH, VCH and BC Cancer!

We are currently looking for Barista Part Time candidates who are available to work Monday-Friday.

Shift from 8:30-4:30, no late night shifts required!

Job Description

– Taking, confirming and punching in orders.

– Know how to dial in coffee.

– Using espresso machine for hot beverages.

– Using panini for food items.

– Serving food and beverage.

– Preparing bills and processing payments.

– Bussing and cleaning tables.

– Packing Delivery order.

– Prep and stocking duties.

– Closing barista station

– Cleaning and side duties.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to some of the following:
Following daily Barista routine.
Providing top quality customer service throughout the day and especially during our lunch rushes!
Maintaining service station cleanliness and providing end-to-end customer satisfaction
Organization of given job duties and time management on tasks for the day while accounting for service hours
Enjoy learning and working with a welcoming and hard working team
Always having a “Can Do” mentality
Previous experience is a great asset but not fully required. As will train any candidate that will make the right fit for our team!
