Tractor Beverage Company is seeking an exceptional Brand Marketing Manager to join its rocketship team in building the next iconic impact brand. ing to the Director of Brand and Integrated Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, build brand buzz, and grow our tribe. As Brand Marketing Manager, you will manage and support our social media agency, oversee creative productions, event activations, and digital media buys. You will act as a steward and guardian for the Tractor brand, ensuring consistency and best-in-class execution and across channels.

Key Job Responsibilities

Content Development & Execution

• Manage and support social media agency, including developing content calendars and creative briefs, reviewing and approving content, overseeing paid media strategy and audiences, and keeping a tab on performance
• Work in tandem with the social media agency to develop influencer strategies and manage the entire process, from briefs to execution
• Work closely with internal parties and external contractors to set the vision and develop content for Tractor’s owned channels, maximizing SEO and driving organic traffic. This may include developing and executing a consumer email marketing strategy, including welcome and engagement series, to drive customer acquisition and retention

Brand Building & Stewardship

• Develop briefs and strategies to create impactful marketing campaigns that elevate Tractor’s brand presence and engage our target audience
• Support impact work for the Organic Impact Tracker, ensuring that Tractor’s brand partnerships and activities align with the company’s mission and values
• Collaborate with and oversee media vendors and partners to maximize brand-building activities and reach and engagement
• Assist in developing comms frameworks for integrated marketing across channels, including collaborating with the Customer Marketing team to create extensions for Tractor Pouring Partners
• Support brand partnerships by identifying opportunities for collaboration and developing strategies to enhance Tractor’s brand presence
• Stay up to date on industry, category and consumer trends, sharing insights and opportunities

Production & Project Management

• Help oversee and manage productions, including events and social media shoots, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and deliver impactful experiences
• Maintain quarterly marketing calendars and budgets
• Develop project timelines and calendars, managing internal and external parties

Measurement, ing & Analytics

• Measure and track the performance of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
• Review and produce regular s on key metrics and insights, providing recommendations for future campaigns and strategies
• Stay updated on industry and channel best practices and emerging marketing trends to continuously improve Tractor’s brand marketing efforts

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media marketing or related field
• Experience working at a fast-paced, growth-stage company building a breakthrough and/or impact brand
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Track record of successfully leading brand and social/digital campaigns, content calendars, and partnerships from start to finish
• A desire to build an iconic brand
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, while knowing how to prioritize
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure key marketing performance metrics
• Ability to effectively present information to key business partners and internal teams
• Experience with marketing campaign development, project management and prioritization
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and strategies preferred
• Resilient, courageous and ready to make change a reality with a team that desires to take big risks in order to lead a positive change in the beverage industry
• Passion for sustainability and social impact is a plus

*While this position is remote, some travel may be required. Los Angeles or Southern California location preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
