What you’ll do
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll support the delivery of the overall HR strategy, partnering with stakeholders to influence and engage with them ensuring everyone understands and recruits effectively. You’ll scout, select, sift, and secure top diverse candidates through a full lifecycle recruiting process focusing on proactively building, developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates using a variety of sourcing, selection and assessment channels.

A strong resourcing background gained from either in house, agency or RPO environment
Strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
Proven success using multiple sourcing channels to engage both active and passive candidates
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and desire to follow process
Effective networker both internally and externally
Experience working with human resources/recruitment systems
