Senior HR Generalist – EMEA
As part of our Human Resources organization, you will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise to provide a wide range of HR support, advice, and administration throughout our global business.
You are responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with senior HR management in supporting the EMEA region. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, employment (onboarding and offboarding), and employment law compliance.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of programs to help improve the employee experience
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on employee relations and performance management issues
Develop, recommend, and implement employee policies to ensure best practice and compliance regulations are met.
Provide localization expertise for corporate policies in-country, in strong partnership with senior HR leadership. Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation and benefits
Lead and execute new hire onboarding
Lead, execute and manage the exit process including documentation and exit interviews
Maintain HRIS data (Workday) and supporting paperwork for the region
Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions
Review and manage benefits with vendor support and ensuring all changes for payroll are actioned in timely manner
Support Business Partner teams with regional advice and compliance
Coach, guide and deliver on all employee life cycle activities
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field or CIPD equivalent
5-plus years’ experience in Human Resources preferably in a high tech environment
Multi-territory (European) experience and knowledge an advantage
Understanding of HR best practices and current local regulations
Sound judgment and dynamic problem-solving skills
Demonstrable expertise in HR policies and procedures
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to move quickly with the information at hand
Strong proficiency with Google Work Suite, MS Excel and Workday preferred
