Billing Analyst 12m FTC, Central London – TV & Film Media, up to GBP30,000 plus study support
A growing media distribution company based in Central London is looking for a new Billing Analyst to take on the billing, credit control and revenue analysis responsibilities of the business. Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for the sales invoicing across over 250 customers and will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as they progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will manage a significant revenue category, accurately maintaining a large sales database across multiple customer accounts.
  • Chasing payment across the customer accounts
  • Building strong relationships with each customer point of contact, communicating well and being very clear in what is needed
  • Ad hoc requests from the FP&A Analyst and Finance director
  • They will also ingest, analyse and report internally on sales data from multiple digital platforms.
  • Work through a large volume of emails and invoices
  • Opportunity to build technical skills both on the job and via training, and learn the film distribution industry within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years experience in an Accounts Assistant position (could be a placement year)
Recent degree (2019/2020/2021) at 2.1 or higher in an Accounting/Science based subject

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Microsoft Power BI desired but not essential.
