TR Transport Inc is Looking for Dispatcher Full Time

As a truck fleet dispatcher you will be responsibly for assigning and dispatching loads and routes. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, Working closely with our dispatch supervisor and General Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily dispatching of drivers and units
• Monitor and immediately respond to route, fleet and driver issues making sure service delivery requirements are met; and advising on company safety policies and procedures.
• Process and transmit information and instruction to co-ordinate the activities of drivers, and fleet units using a variety of computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
• Monitor phones and assist with providing information to customers and employees
• Work independently to expediently resolve customer and employee issues
• Any other duties as directed as assigned by the General Manager or Dispatch Supervisor
• Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
• 1-2 years in logistics and/or transportation dispatch.
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role, preferred
• Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Intermediate level computer literacy with MSOffice suite of software applications
• Maintain a clear criminal record, a minimum of a Class 5 driver’s license, and a clean driver’s abstract
• Must possess strong organizational skills including time management, multitasking and remaining calm in a hectic work environment including managing a high volume of daily emails, phone calls, and enquiries
• Must have ability to problem solve in a hectic work environment and display a high level of decisiveness while displaying significant use of memory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
