A leading professional body who support the ongoing training and professional development for health care professionals are now looking for an Education Coordinator to join an established team to deliver an outstanding learner experience to meet the needs of healthcare trainees.

About the role

This is a permanent, full-time role based in London, with opportunity for home working 60% – 80% of the week. The salary is £29,640 to £31,200 plus benefits such as quarterly gift cards/vouchers, Christmas closure in addition to annual leave, health cash plan, pension, flexible working, and an annual training budget for staff development.

As the Education Coordinator you will provide support for trainees undertaking the Scheme for Registration which is an important part of the College and learner experience. You’ll be significantly involved in the administration of the key aspects of the trainee life cycle, in particular, assisting those trainees who are appealing for additional time to complete the Scheme for Registration and those seeking to complete the Scheme having qualified internationally.

Using the CRM, you will ensure good data management in line with GDPR, provide accurate data for both internal colleagues and the UKVI and respond to queries from staff, assessors, and trainees.

You’ll be a main contact for key external stakeholders of the College and will deliver a responsive and accurate service to them.

About You

To be considered you will have the following skills, knowledge and experience

• Experience of working within education environment.
• A competent user of IT with the ability to use Word and Excel and bespoke databases
• Experience of working with and meeting the needs of different stakeholders
• The ability to maintain information to a high standard of accuracy
• Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

Experience within assessments or medical/healthcare education will be an advantage but is not essential.
