Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Hotel and Restaurant Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting positions, vetting candidates, and finding individuals who align with our company culture and values. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to build strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing:Post job openings on various online platforms and professional networks.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Proactively search for candidates through job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
• Maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Candidate Screening and Selection:Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
• Employer Branding and Networking:Represent TPI Hospitality at job fairs, industry events, and career development programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community
