As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be supporting the business across retail, office and care with recruitment. This includes writing job advertisements, short-listing and screening applicants, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks and offering candidates’ position. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Key accountabilities

• Assist with managing the end-to-end Recruitment process (conducting job briefs, writing job advertisements, short-listing and screening applicants, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks and offering candidates’ positions).
• Creatively source candidates through online advertising, resume search, LinkedIn and social media; Researching and introducing new channels to the team as they arise.
• Assist with the on boarding and induction processes.
• Actively contribute to building our talent community developing our talent pipeline through unique talent pools across various roles and regions.
• Support with recruitment projects as required.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc tasks.
• Provide general support to broader People Experience Operations team when required.

Knowledge and experience

• You will be an enthusiastic and confident, self-starter who possesses strong communication and people skills.
• Able to confidently work independently.
• Highly organised.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition / People Experience.
